Prep reminders are not arriving.
Check that notifications are allowed for Cookmorrow in your phone settings, and that prep reminders are on in Settings → Reminders. A Focus mode, Do Not Disturb or battery saver can hold them back. Every prep task is still listed on the Today screen, even with notifications off.
A prep reminder came at the wrong time.
Prep times are worked out from the meal’s time and the recipe’s prep setting, such as “the night before” or “4 hours before”. Check the meal time: tap the meal, then its time, and the prep setting under the recipe → Prepare ahead. Changing either reschedules the reminder straight away.
How do I change my meals, like adding brunch or an evening snack?
Settings → Meal routine. Add, rename, reorder or remove meals and set the usual time for each. Removing a meal keeps everything you have already cooked.
I planned a meal but it is not in my history.
Planning a meal does not mark it as cooked. Tap the dish in the meal and choose Mark as cooked, or finish cooking mode. Only then does it appear in the recipe’s history and in suggestions.
Help me choose keeps suggesting the same thing.
Suggestions lean towards your favorites and dishes you loved but have not made recently, and move anything planned or cooked in the last few days to the back. Tap Surprise me for a wider pick, or add a few more recipes to give it more to choose from.
How do I move to a new phone?
Cookmorrow has no account or cloud. Use Settings → Backup and restore → Export, keep the file somewhere you trust, then Import it on the new phone. You can merge it with what is already there or replace everything.
Can you recover a recipe I deleted?
Right after deleting, tap Undo. After that, we never receive your recipes, so we cannot restore them. A backup file you exported earlier can be imported from Settings → Backup and restore.
Does Cookmorrow cost anything?
No. It is free with no in-app purchases, no subscription and no ads, so there is nothing to restore or cancel.
