Terms of Use
The agreement between you and To Infy for the Cookmorrow app. Plain language, and short, because the app does very little on your behalf.
Effective 12 October 2026
The short version. Cookmorrow is free. Your recipes are yours and live on your phone, so keeping a backup is up to you. Reminders help, but you are still the cook.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Cookmorrow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Cookmorrow is provided by To Infy.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Cookmorrow on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, or remove any notice within it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Price
Cookmorrow is free to download and free to use. It has no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising. If that ever changes, nothing you already use will be taken away without notice in the app.
4. Your content and your backups
The recipes, plans, notes and photos you put into Cookmorrow are yours. We claim no rights over them and, because they never reach us, we could not use them even if we wanted to.
That also means we cannot recover them. If you delete something, delete the app, lose the device or reset it, the data goes with it. Exporting a backup from Settings → Backup and restore is the only way to keep a copy, and doing so is your responsibility.
5. Recipes, food and safety
Cookmorrow is a planning and note-keeping tool. It does not supply recipes, nutrition advice, allergen information or food-safety guidance, and the suggestions it makes come only from recipes you have saved yourself.
You are responsible for what you cook and serve, including allergies, dietary needs and safe handling, soaking, marinating, defrosting and cooking times.
6. Reminders and accuracy
Cookmorrow schedules reminders through your device’s own notification system, using the meal times and prep settings you enter. We work hard to make them arrive on time, but delivery depends on your phone: battery savers, Focus modes, permissions and operating-system limits can all delay or suppress one.
Please do not rely on Cookmorrow as the only reminder for something with health, safety or financial consequences.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Cookmorrow for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the app, the stores it is distributed through, or other people’s devices.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the app to add, change or remove features. We aim to keep your existing recipes and history working across updates, and the backup format is versioned so that older backups remain readable.
9. Disclaimer and liability
Cookmorrow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, To Infy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
10. Apple and Google
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no responsibility for the app. Where the App Store terms require it, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them. Any app-related support request should come to us, not to them.
11. Termination
You may stop using Cookmorrow at any time by deleting it. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the effective date above, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Cookmorrow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
